Our company is a travel agency that handles Australian visa applications. The final decision on whether a visa is approved rests with the Australian Consulate. Applicants for the ETA (Electronic Travel Authority) visa (visa subclass 601) must agree to provide the following information:
- Applicants must submit their passport.
- Applicants must submit their identity card.
- Applicants must complete the content of Form 1554 issued by the Australian Consulate.
- Applicants must provide detailed information on their departure and return dates as well as their itinerary.
- Applicants must provide a detailed explanation of the reasons and purposes for their trip to Australia.
If the Australian Consulate refuses to grant the visa, the applicant is obligated to submit additional supplementary information and agrees that the visa fee will not be refunded. Under normal circumstances, the processing time for an ETA tourist visa is at least 3 working days. (The ETA visa is not applicable to holders of Hong Kong Document of Identity (DI) and passports from other countries that are not eligible for ETA; such applicants should apply for the subclass 600 visa.) Please note that the Australian Consulate may conduct random checks on the application information provided by applicants to verify compliance with visa requirements, which may extend the visa approval time. Applicants understand that the final visa approval time is determined by the Consulate, and our company shall not be held responsible for any delays. Additionally, applicants agree that the visa fee will not be refunded.
The ETA is an electronic visa for tourists visiting Australia for tourism or business purposes, allowing multiple entries within one year, with each stay not exceeding 3 months. Please note that the applicant's passport must be valid for at least 6 months from the date of departure.
Holders of Hong Kong Document of Identity (DI), Chinese mainland passports, Macao SAR passports, and passports from other countries should apply for the subclass 600 Australian tourist visa. Under the condition that applicants provide sufficient application information, the processing time is no less than 90 working days.

Our company will only provide a full refund under the following two circumstances:
- If the Australian government refuses to process your visa application (excluding visa rejection);
- If the passport held by the applicant does not meet the requirements of the applicable Australian visa subclass.
