417WORKING HOLIDAY VISA  Work and Holiday Visa  ( VISA SUBCLASS 417)

This visa allows people aged between 18 and 30 (or 35 in some countries) to work in Australia and fund their travels.

If you apply for another visa (such as an Electronic Visitor (Subclass 651) visa) while holding a Working Holiday Maker (WHM) visa (Subclass 417 or Subclass 462), your WHM visa will cease on the day the other visa is granted.

With this visa you can

✈ Work short-term in Australia to help cover holiday expenses
✈ Study for up to 4 months
✈ Make unlimited trips to and from Australia
✈ Be eligible for a second Working Holiday Visa only after completing 3 months of specified work  Validity period and number of valid entries: 12 months (multiple entries into and out of Australia are allowed)

Visa Regulations:

✈ Once you are granted a Working Holiday Visa, you do not need to apply for another visa, such as an Electronic Visitor (Subclass 651) visa, to enter Australia.
✈ If your first Working Holiday Visa is terminated due to the grant of another visa (e.g., an Electronic Visitor Visa) and you enter Australia using that other visa, you will not be able to apply for another first Working Holiday Visa while in Australia.
✈  Your Working Holiday Visa will be linked to the passport you declared in your application. If you obtain a new passport after your visa is approved, you must inform the consulate of your new passport details.
✈ You must enter Australia within 12 months from the date of our approval.

Preparation and Submission of Application:

✈ Take photos of the information pages of your passport with a mobile phone
✈ Identity card from your country of residence
✈ Bank statements showing sufficient deposits
✈  Police clearance certificate indicating good conduct (if required)

Notes:

✈ Once you are granted a Working Holiday Visa, you do not need to apply for another visa to enter Australia.

✈ You cannot stay longer in Australia by extending this visa. If you wish to stay longer in Australia, please apply for another type of visa.

✈We will link your visa to your passport digitally. There will be no sticker on your passport.
