- The employer's personal background information in Hong Kong must be clear, including marital status, children's situation, employment status, residence status, and bank deposit status. These are all factors the consulate will consider to determine whether the employer is truly capable of supporting the domestic helper's trip.
✈Employer's support letter
- It must clearly state the reason why the domestic helper needs to accompany on this trip, including the matters that require the helper's assistance during the trip, which are irreplaceable. This letter will directly affect the consulate's confidence in the necessity of the domestic helper accompanying on the trip.
✈Travel plan
- Proof of the travel plan including the domestic helper must be provided, which includes the itinerary, hotel booking information, or other relevant materials related to Australia.
✈ The duration of stay in Australia and whether the visa is approved shall be finally determined by the Australia Consulate.
✈ If your visa application is rejected because you fail to prove your identity to the consulate, you may not be granted a visa for ten years (based on PIC 4020).
