Length of stay for Australian ETA Tourist Electronic Visa:It allows the applicant to hold a 1-year visa, enabling multiple entries into and exits from Australia with a maximum stay of 3 months each time.
Australian ETA Tourist Electronic Visa Policy: Applicants are permitted to come to Australia. This visa must be applied for and granted while outside Australia. You are not allowed to work or provide services to any Australian business or institution, nor to sell goods or provide services to the public. If you intend to engage in short-term work in Australia, you must apply for a new temporary work visa (Visa Subclass 400).

Visa Review Process:
The Australian Consulate will randomly select some applicants for review and require them to submit the following relevant supporting documents:
1. The applicant must fill out Form 1554 of the Australian Consulate.
2. The applicant must provide detailed information on the departure and return dates as well as the itinerary.
3.The applicant must provide detailed reasons and purposes for the trip to Australia.
4.Proof of employment/study enrollment.
5.Proof of sufficient financial means to cover travel expenses.

The Australian ETA Tourist Electronic Visa (Visa Subclass 601/651) has replaced the following visas.

● ETA Electronic Business Visa - Short-term (Visa Subclass 977)
●ETA Electronic Business Visa - Long-term (Visa Subclass 956)
- Assuming you already hold one of the above electronic documents, it will remain valid until a new ETA is issued.
- If you apply for and are issued a new ETA, the previously applied ETA will become invalid once the new ETA takes effect.

An Electronic Travel Authority (ETA) is an electronic visa for visitors who travel to Australia for tourism or business purposes. It allows multiple entries into Australia within one year, with each stay not exceeding 3 months.

1) ETA Tourist Visa
The ETA is valid for one year, allowing multiple entries into Australia with a maximum stay of three months each time.
It permits travel to Australia for tourism, visiting relatives or friends, or attending short-term courses that last no more than three months.
Note: Holders of an ETA Tourist Visa are strictly prohibited from working in Australia.
2)Business ETA visa
The ETA is valid for one year, allowing multiple entries into Australia with a maximum stay of three months each time.
It permits travel to Australia for attending conferences, business visits, or negotiating business deals.
Note: Holders of an ETA Business Visa are strictly prohibited from working in Australia.

Foreign domestic helpers in Hong Kong are eligible for tourist visas. ( VISA SUBCLASS 600 ),Both Filipinos and Indonesians can apply for an Australian visa. This applies to those who have family members requiring additional care.

6. The applicant must have been employed by the current employer for more than six months (to be proven by a contract).
7. A letter written by the employer, certifying that you will return to your job after the trip.
8. Make an appointment for the applicant's fingerprint collection.
9. The duration of stay in Australia and whether the visa is approved shall be finally determined by the Australian Consulate.

- A letter from your employer certifying that you will return to your job after the trip, along with your tax payment records;

- Proof of property or other assets in your country of residence;

6. Make an appointment for the applicant's fingerprint collection.

Visa applicants under the age of 18
A copy of the birth certificate is required.
If an applicant under the age of 18 is traveling to Australia with only one parent or alone:
- Provide Form 1229 "Consent to Grant an Australian Visa to a Child Under 18 Years of Age" filled out and signed by the non-traveling parent(s) or legal guardian(s). It is also necessary to submit the photo and signature page of the non-traveling parent(s)' passport with their signature; or an affidavit from the non-traveling parent(s) certifying that they consent to their child traveling to Australia.
- If an applicant under the age of 18 will be accompanied and accommodated by someone other than their parents, legal guardians, or relatives/friends, a declaration filled out and signed by the accompanying person must be submitted.
Visa Refusal Appeal(Only applicable to Australian tourist visa categories, such as EXP: ETA 600 visa)

Common reasons for visa rejection:
The most likely reasons for visa rejection:
1) Incomplete visa application materials, false documents, or insufficient proof of stable working ability.
2) Frequent entry and exit activities, or having a certain tendency to immigrate.
3) No entry-exit records of any country and no visas from countries such as Europe, America, Canada, or New Zealand.
The above situations may all lead to your visa rejection, although the specific reasons for rejection will be mentioned in the official rejection letter from the immigration department.
Precautions before applying for appeal
1) The appeal against rejection must be for Australian tourist visa categories, such as EXP: ETA 600 visa.
2) The rejection documents must be provided.
3) The applicant must have sufficient supporting documents for the appeal.
4) It is possible that the appeal may fail again, and all application fees already paid are non-refundable.
